Our returns promise

At Mito Timepieces, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience an issue with your order, we will do our best to assist you and handle your enquiry fairly and professionally.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind after purchasing a watch, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To qualify for a full refund, the watch should be returned unused and in its original condition, including its presentation box, accessories and any accompanying materials. If the watch has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from your refund to account for any loss in value. This may also apply if the presentation box or included accessories have been damaged.

How to return a watch

To arrange a return, please contact us through our Contact page and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return has been acknowledged, please ensure the watch is carefully packaged and securely protected to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage. Please do not send your watch back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return postage

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service to ensure your watch is returned safely. If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, Mito Timepieces will cover the reasonable cost of returning it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned watch, it will be inspected to ensure its condition. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within a few working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds appear in your account. For cancellations under your statutory 14-day right, refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe.

Faulty or damaged watches

If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. To help us assess the issue, please provide your order number along with a clear description of the problem. Photographs or videos showing the fault or damage would also be helpful. If the watch is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange the return at our expense and provide an appropriate refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. We want every customer to have confidence in their purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
